The number of prime numbers inside each block during the verification of the Proth-Gilbreath Conjecture [Le nombre de nombres premiers à l'intérieur de chaque bloc lors de la vérification de la conjecture de Proth-Gilbreath].

The verification of the Proth-Gilbreath Conjecture is distributed on N processors (N=96 currently). Each processor P has its own clock frequency F and in order to balance the work load, the definition of the computation block submitted to P is a function of F.

This picture displays on the vertical axis (as well as with the color luminance) the number of prime numbers used inside each block. The staircase appearance is then related to the clock frequencies.
